Report A Claim There are two easy ways to report your claim to us. You may report a claim online or report a claim by phone. The choice is yours. Important: only Board Members or Property Managers can report a claim.

Report a Claim by Phone Using our toll free number 800-260-5252, you can contact us to report a claim. If your claim is after hours, please leave a brief message. You can be assured that we will return your call as quickly as possible.

To report your claim, please have the following handy:

  • Your name, address and phone number
  • The date and time your loss happened
  • A brief description of what happened

We will ensure that your information is gathered correctly and transmitted rapidly to the proper insurance company claim center.

In the meantime, please:

  • Make any temporary repairs necessary to avoid future damage. Be sure to save receipts.
  • Preserve damaged property for inspection by our adjuster.
  • Keep an accurate list of any expenses.
